Please join me for a Community Connection virtual circle. These will happen about once a month, so we can build a steady sense of support & community together. There will be nourishing practises including a short meditation and/or Yoga Nidra, as well as time to practise listening and being together in a circle.

So together, let’s close out 2024 by lifting each other up, sharing our stories and supporting each other on Saturday January 4^th. Pay what you can. ($15-18 is the suggested price, but no one will be turned away). Bring a journal and pen. Pre-registration is here.

These virtual circles will be designed to support you through the times that we are living in, giving you a chance to reflect, recharge and finish the year with intention.

It's a really simple and wonderful way of bringing the mind back into the body & creating some subtle space where there may be tension and also encouraging blood and energy to flow more freely to our joints & glands.
