Next Circles – November 23rd, 2025 & January 17, 2026
“Awaken your spirit to adventure; hold nothing back, learn to find ease in risk. Soon you will be home in a new rhythm, for your soul senses the world that awaits you.” – John O’Donohue, For a New Beginning
Dear Friend
As the leaves fall and the days grow shorter, nature reminds us it’s a season to slow down – to release what’s no longer needed and rest before the fullness of the holidays.
If you’ve been moving in many directions, this is your reminder that you don’t have to keep up with the world’s pace. Beneath the busyness, there’s a quieter rhythm waiting – steady, spacious, and deeply nourishing.
This month, let’s lean into that rhythm together. Not to do more, but to soften, to breathe, and to remember that you are already whole. 🌿
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin or scattered lately, consider this your gentle reminder to slow down and come home to yourself.
What if you gave yourself a little room to breathe, rest, and remember what truly matters? You don’t have to “earn” the pause – you simply have to choose it.
Together, we’ll move through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, and circle sharing, exploring what it means to call in support and power – listening for wisdom beyond the usual mental chatter and allowing space for both light and shadow, joy and struggle.
If the weather cooperates, we’ll step outside for a quiet walk along my peaceful road by Fancy Lake to breathe with the land and integrate what arises. Afterwards, you’re welcome to linger over a bowl of warm homemade soup and connect with other women who value authenticity over perfection.
First-timers are warmly welcomed; all practices are accessible.

Our first circle of the new year is all about renewal – an afternoon to ground, reflect, and clarify what you want to invite in for 2026.
Through meditation breathwork, and soulful sharing, we’ll reconnect with our inner compass and begin the year from a place of strength and clarity.
We’ll gather at a beautiful lakeside retreat near Caledonia, surrounded by winter stillness and community warmth. After our practice, enjoy the sauna and optional cold-water dip – a playful way to embody courage and celebrate fresh beginnings.
📍 Location: Lakeside retreat near Caledonia, (address provided upon registration)Saturday, Jan 17th, 20261PM – 4PM Space is limited – another lovely, restorative, and heart-centered gathering. (Snow date: Saturday, January 31, 2026) 👉 Reserve Your Spot →
A Gentle Practice to Come Home Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.Breathe in for four counts, hold for two, and exhale for six.
If it feels right, add a soft hum or sigh on the exhale.
Repeat three times. Notice what shifts – maybe a little space, maybe a sense of ease.
Jot down what arises. These quiet moments often whisper the guidance we’ve been too busy to hear.
Reflection prompts inspired by the poem: – Where in your life are you being invited to find ease in risk? – What new rhythm might your soul be sensing as the year turns?
What You’re Craving – Survey Reflections (and a Surprise!)
Your responses to our recent survey confirmed what so many women tell me privately: you’re not looking for another checklist or one more obligation. You want spaces where you can exhale, reflect, and remember your wholeness. You crave small circles that feel intimate and honest, mini-retreats that nourish rather than deplete, and moments of stillness that weave you back into yourself and into meaningful connection with other women. I felt this too.
My original timeline for a digital offering has stretched (life rarely follows our spreadsheets, right?), but my excitement for sharing practices online hasn’t dimmed. More than anything, I’m eager to sit with you in circle again. Whether online or in person, thank you for showing up for what is sacred, simple and true.
Congratulations to Kate Naugler, our survey prize recipient! Your name was randomly selected and you receive the gift! Big thanks to everyone who participated.
A Closing Reflection Your breath is a doorway back to yourself.
Each conscious inhale and exhale reminds you there’s a reservoir of steadiness inside you – no matter what the world asks. Thank you for being part of this community and for showing up – for yourself and for one another. Together, we’re creating spaces of rest, wisdom, and belonging.

Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to spend months - or honestly, years - moving through life on sheer momentum.
Holding things together.
Managing responsibilities.
Showing up for work, family, community, relationships… while quietly wondering when we actually get to rest or hear ourselves think again.
Ha.
I’ve definitely been feeling some of that myself lately.
Enjoy this sequence of movements that I was taught is one of several ideal preparations to move into yoga nidra or meditation. It's a really simple and wonderful way of bringing the mind back into the body & creating some subtle space where there may be tension and also encouraging blood and energy to flow more freely to our joints & glands. I hope you enjoy it.
