Fall Newsletter 2022

How are you?
As we approach the fall, there is an opening to invite more steadiness & calm into our lives, to reflect on all the great things summer brings, slow down and invite in nourishing food, grounding practises and stability.
For me, it has been an incredible year of growth for Sacred Circles and I’m excited to be celebrating a 1-year anniversary!
I just want to thank all of you for your love and support as this long-time dream has got up and running – I’m so very grateful to be creating these spaces of nurturance, community and growth.

Sacred Circles – Survey

The goal with Sacred Circles is to nurture supportive communities of reflection and practice to help people come alive with a renewed sense of purpose, build trustworthy relationships, and cultivate the courage to rise to today’s challenges, making a difference within themselves and their communities.

To do this well, I would love to get some input from you on how these spaces could best serve you. I’d love to know the times that work best for you, the topics you are interested in, some of the areas where you are finding challenges in your life, so I can offer what is of the highest service.

This survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete and a lovely little gift will be randomly given to one of the participants.

$10,000 from the Joan Feynman Climate Action Grant received through Rural Communities Foundation of NS

Super excited to have collaborated with my friends and colleagues at Mersey Tobeatic Research Institute a non-profit co-operative with a mandate to promote, conserve and sustain biodiversity in Kespukwitk (southwestern Nova Scotia). We now have a $10,000 from the Joan Feynman Climate Action Grant received through Rural Communities Foundation of NS and will be holding a 3 day event @merseychalets with my mentor Brian Braganza of @tandemtruths.

Newsletter Vol 2

Joy !

As we approach the holidays, there is an opening to invite more joy into our lives, a sense of belonging within ourselves and a closeness to the aspect of our being that is grounded and calm, yet unafraid and blissful. That part of us that is deeply serene, resolutely at peace.
How do you nurture a sense of joy?
I wanted to check-in with you and this beautiful community that has been coming together over the past year to connect and wish you a Happy Holidays, as well as provide a poem & some journal prompts.
