What if you could uncover a natural sense of awe and resilience that empowers you to live more grounded in your own truth and wholeness? As the world’s challenges continue, more than ever we need ways to refresh our energies, calm our anxieties, and attend to our own well-being. We welcome you to join us in an exploration of these themes in an experiential 5-week online series.

– Looking Ahead, Finding Equanimity –

This time of year is a unique opportunity to reflect on the year that has passed & what you have learned, as well as look ahead on what is to come, including new beginnings.

It is a chance to slow down and also remember the joy in being – the real peace and equanimity that comes with resting and remembering our true nature, that which lies beyond our goals and aspirations and yet is always available to us.

Winter Newsletter 2022/23

How are you?
The holidays can be an opportunity to take off the armour we wear every day, rest and reflect on the past year – what has worked and what hasn’t.. collect ourselves and be with it all.

When it is all said and done, what will the year 2022 mean to you? How are you finding hope? What lessons from the past year would you like to take with you into 2023?

Every year has the potential to transform us – if we give ourselves space and time to reflect and learn from it.

Sacred Circles – Survey

The goal with Sacred Circles is to nurture supportive communities of reflection and practice to help people come alive with a renewed sense of purpose, build trustworthy relationships, and cultivate the courage to rise to today’s challenges, making a difference within themselves and their communities.

To do this well, I would love to get some input from you on how these spaces could best serve you. I’d love to know the times that work best for you, the topics you are interested in, some of the areas where you are finding challenges in your life, so I can offer what is of the highest service.

This survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete and a lovely little gift will be randomly given to one of the participants.
