Cultivating Steadiness – a Yoga & Circle event
October 15, 2022 @ 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm ADT
As we approach the fall, there is an opening to slow down and invite in more steadiness & peace. By taking time to pause and reflect; we can remember we are strong & wise enough to embrace the complexities and paradoxes of life and find the way back to ourselves and our own deepest wisdom.
Enjoy some gentle yoga & healing savasana as well as short, centering talks. Using practices and principles rooted in the Circle of Trust® approach, there will be ample time for personal reflection, as well as optional small group & whole group sharing; leaving you feeling grounded, balanced and connected. There will also be optional acupuncture for participants during the relaxation.
“The mark of a wild heart is living out the paradox of love in our lives. It’s the ability to be tough and tender, excited and scared, brave and afraid – all in the same moment.” – Brene Brown

In a world that appears fragmented and polarized, one of the most powerful and surprising approaches to cultivating steadiness amidst this tumult is the capacity to hold opposites together in creative tension.
We will explore the idea of unlocking this capacity as a key to wholeness, finding the way back to ourselves and our own deepest wisdom.
$45 – Includes 3-hour retreat; plus a beautifully designed booklet with reflection prompts. You are also invited to stay for an additional 1-hour social time with snacks and tea, if you wish.
Register soon! Only 12 spaces available.
Testimonials:
“Sally has the unique ability to bring a group of strangers together, in community, through her practice. I felt I was in a safe space for reflection, discussion and ideas, and I walked away feeling connected myself in a way that is hard for me to get to on my own. Thank you Sally for a wonderful afternoon, I will continue to call on those lessons and thoughts for months to come! ” – Riley Scalan
“The Sacred Circles experience by the lake provided welcomed rest in the midst of busy week, as well as gentle stretch of (and reflection on) mind and body. Time together with a wonderful group of people was punctuated by loon calls and laughter. Sally was warm, welcoming, organized and relaxed. Her skills facilitated a sublime summer afternoon.” – Sadie Watson
