Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refund for cancellations made 14 days (2 weeks) or more before the circle.
- 50% refund for cancellations made 48 hours (2 days) before the circle.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the circle, as the space and energy of the group have already been prepared.
Transfers
- If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to offer your spot to another person who feels called to join. Just let me know their name.
- If there is a waitlist and I can fill your spot, I may be able to offer a refund regardless of timing.
Late Arrivals
- To honour the container we’re creating together, late arrivals may not be admitted once the circle has begun. Refunds are not available for late arrivals.
No-Shows
- If you are unable to come without notice, please know that no-shows are not eligible for refunds, as your place was held for you with intention.
Weather or Unexpected Events
- If severe weather or an unexpected event requires the circle to be rescheduled, your registration will transfer to the new date. If the new date does not align for you, a full refund will be offered.
Minimum Participants
- Circles are built on shared energy. If the minimum number of participants is not met, I may choose to reschedule or cancel the gathering. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future circle.
