Where time flows like water, and wholeness is invited. Embrace yourself in this moment and leave lighter, softer, and more connected to your sacred inner wisdom.

As the sun dips below the horizon and the weekend gently unfolds, join us for a nourishing evening of release and renewal. Melt away tension, come home to your body, and lift your spirit with movement, breath, and stillness.

This gathering blends gentle movement, somatic release, guided self-massage, gentle pranayama (Himalayan Breathwork), a short guided meditation & relaxation — all offered in a supportive, invitational, and nurturing space inside the cozy Lincoln Street Studio with stunning harbour views.

What You’ll Experience:

  • Gentle, expressive movement to shake off the week
  • Somatic practices to release stored tension and restore balance
  • Guided self-massage to restore flow, balance, and vitality, activating your body’s natural healing intelligence
  • Breathwork, guided short meditation & savasana (rest) time to quiet the mind and nourish your nervous system
  • Time for individual reflection to connect with your own inner wisdom
  • Invitational sharing in small groups and a closing circle to foster connection, insights, laughter, and sisterhood.

This Gathering Is For You If:

  • You feel weary and unfocused, like you’ve been carrying too much (emotionally, mentally, or physically)
  • You’re craving softness, laughter, and real connection
  • You want to feel energized, more grounded, embodied, and radiant heading into the weekend
  • You value community, presence, and the sacredness of everyday practices.

Includes:

  • Light refreshments
  • A take-home guide to start a daily self-care practice.

Why This Matters

In today’s fast-paced world, many women are seeking soulful, embodied spaces that nourish their nervous system and foster genuine connection. Whether navigating life transitions or simply longing for rest and renewal, this gathering offers a gentle pause — a chance to feel grounded, whole, and deeply connected to yourself, your body, and the women gathered in this shared space.

Come ready to reclaim your radiance and wisdom.

Testimonial from a past event:

“A space to pause in life, to reflect and connect with others. A space to remind yourself of what is important in life and what lights you up.” – Paula Crowell

Meet Sally and Claire

Sally Steele (she/her) is the founder of Sacred Circles, a heart-centered, trauma-informed space for people who care deeply — for others, the earth, their work, and their communities — and need a space to receive. A certified Courage & Renewal® Facilitator and yoga guide, she weaves together Tantra Hatha Yoga practices, self-care, and spiritual reflection to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Her gatherings blend breathwork, movement, meditation, rest, and inquiry to nourish the nervous system and the soul.

Claire-Louise (she/her) is a somatic bodyworker and massage therapist with nearly two decades of experience in hands-on healing. Trained at the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in 2006, she integrates dynamic massage, myofascial release, movement, breathwork, and energy work to support women in reconnecting with their bodies. Her approach is intuitive, trauma-aware, and deeply nurturing, inviting a return to safety, softness, and inner strength. Drawing from her personal practices in yoga, Feldenkrais, Qigong, and meditation, Claire-Louise creates space for women to explore embodied awareness, release held tension, and awaken their innate capacity for healing, resilience, and self-expression.
