Authentic Leadership
Connecting, Engaging & Sustaining Ourselves & Our Partners

This is an exciting event for those working in Climate Change & Land Conservation at Milford House, NS.
I will be co-facilitating with Brian Braganza of Tandem Truths Consulting in partnership with Mersey Tobeatic Research Institute, Environment & Climate Change Canada & the Joan Feynman Climate Action Grant.
The primary objectives of the training are to provide members of the Kespukwitk Conservation Collaborative (KCC) with an opportunity to:
- Strengthen relationships and trust on a personal and professional level
- Pause, reflect, and renew themselves amidst the pressures and stressors they may be experiencing
- Build leadership skills and capacity with tools and approaches including how to effectively engage stakeholders & the public about climate change, species at risk conservation and improving biodiversity
- Learn about indigenous ways of knowing and being on the land experientially
- Increase stamina to stay in the work for the ‘long haul’, while continuing to support the constituents & colleagues that they work with.
The event is almost full, but limited spaces are still available for people working in these fields. Cost for 2 day event is $100. Email me to find out more.
