Join us for an afternoon of reflection, and heartfelt connection.

The new year is all about renewal – a time to ground, reflect, and clarify what you want to invite in for 2026.

Through some gentle movement, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, reflection and soulful sharing, we’ll reconnect with our inner compass and begin the year from a place of strength and clarity.

We’ll gather at a beautiful lakeside retreat near Caledonia, surrounded by winter stillness and community warmth.

Walk & Talk (Weather Permitting)
If weather permits, we’ll offer the option of small group sharing as a walk and talk outdoors, so please dress for colder conditions. The natural setting is beautiful, and being outside can be a supportive and grounding part of the experience.

After our practice, feel free to enjoy the sauna and possibly an cold-water dip –  a playful way to embody courage and celebrate fresh beginnings. There is also an optional potluck meal to follow this as well.

Please note that the sauna, cold dip (& potluck) are outside of the formal programming and are entirely optional. Participation is at your own discretion and comfort level. You’re welcome to join, observe, or head home.

First-timers are warmly welcomed; all practices are accessible.
