Discover your own inner wisdom & strength

Sally Steele (she/her) is the founder of Sacred Circles – a heart-centered, trauma-informed space for people who care deeply and need a place to slow down, reconnect, and receive.

A certified yoga teacher, certified Tantra meditation teacher, and currently completing her 300-hour Tantra Hatha Yoga teacher training, Sally is also a longtime meditator whose path began with intensive Vipassana practice and multiple 10-day silent retreats in her 20s. Over time, her practice evolved into Tantra Hatha Yoga and a more embodied, integrated approach to healing and self-connection.

Today, she blends meditation, gentle movement, somatic awareness, reflection, and grounded spiritual practice to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and create supportive daily rituals that feel realistic and nourishing in everyday life.

Sally is also a certified Courage & Renewal® Facilitator and has trained with Renée Lertzman and Project Inside Out to help guide thoughtful and compassionate conversations around climate, emotional resilience, and care for the earth.

Alongside this work, Sally is an ecologist and leader with 30 years of experience across public, private, and NGO sectors. She brings a grounded and compassionate approach to leadership and facilitation, integrating coaching principles that support clarity, resilience, and meaningful connection.

Her spiritual practice continues to sustain and inform her work, weaving together meditation, embodied practice, leadership, ecological care, and everyday life – including her role as a mother to two teenagers.

Sacred Circles was created to offer a gentler way back to yourself.
